About almtrainer
almtrainer is operated by The Next Steps Group and provides AI-powered real estate roleplay, training, and coaching. These terms govern your use of the website and platform, together with any subscription or service agreement you enter into with us.
Your account and team
Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Team administrators manage access to their workspace and may review agents' training activity. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Practice calls and AI feedback
AI leads are simulated training personas, not purchased sales leads. Practice sessions may be recorded and transcribed to provide call reviews, scores, and coaching. AI responses and assessments can be inaccurate and should be reviewed using your professional judgment. Training does not guarantee appointments, closings, income, or any particular result.
Your content and custom voices
You retain your rights to content you submit and authorize us to process it to provide the service. Upload only content you have the right to use. Before submitting a voice sample or creating a voice clone, obtain the speaker's permission for that use. Do not use voice clones to impersonate someone without authorization, mislead others, or commit fraud.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or real client details that are unnecessary for practice. You are responsible for complying with laws and professional obligations that apply to your use.
Plans and payments
Company training is advertised at a $1,000 monthly minimum, including up to 10 agents, plus $100 per additional agent per month. The minimum applies even with fewer than 10 agents. Onboarding + Academy is a separate $100 per paid agent per month. Prices are in USD. Confirm the total, applicable taxes, billing schedule, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions in your checkout or service agreement before subscribing. Contact support for billing changes or cancellation requests.
Availability and changes
Features and availability may change as the platform develops. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. Updated terms will be posted here; any separate service agreement continues to govern the matters it covers. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
