Practice calls and training records
Practice sessions may generate audio recordings, transcripts, call duration, scores, feedback, and progress records. Custom voice features process submitted voice samples to create AI practice voices. Only submit samples and other personal information you are authorized to use.
How information is used
Information is processed to operate accounts and workspaces, deliver voice calls and AI coaching, generate training reviews, show progress, provide support, process subscriptions, and protect the platform from misuse. Website analytics help us understand visits and improve the website.
Team access and service providers
If you join a brokerage or team workspace, its authorized administrators may access your profile, practice activity, recordings, transcripts, scores, and progress through management features. Information is also processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, AI, voice calls, email, payments, analytics, and security.
